2. Hosting and Server Log Files

3. Waiting List (Beta Testers)

If you register for our waiting list, we store your e-mail address and the roles you have chosen (e.g., technician, speaker, organizer) in our local database. This data is used exclusively to inform you about the progress of the UbiStage beta phase.

The storage is based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient.

4. Analysis Tools (Matomo)

This website uses the open-source web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that enable the recognition of the user for the analysis of user behavior (e.g., cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Matomo about the use of this website is stored on our own server. The IP address is anonymized before storage.
