Typical Setups

Community evening with multiple segments: The MC controls each block (welcome, teaching, discussion, closing) individually from the host device. All speakers see the same countdown.
Youth service with livestream: In addition to the stage clock, the camera team sees on their own display when the next segment begins.
Conference / church weekend: Multiple rooms, each with its own host device. No central server, no dependencies between rooms.
