1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the UbiTimer software and the UbiStage portal, operated by Ingenieurbüro Edelmann.
SectionSection2. Licensing
During the public beta, UbiTimer is offered free of charge. The pricing model after the beta – including a possible paid Pro version – has not yet been finalized. Additional features are unlocked via so-called Timer-Keys.
SectionSection3. Services
UbiTimer provides network-based synchronization of timers for events and productions. The availability of cloud services (portal) is guaranteed within the scope of technical possibilities.
4. Liability
Ingenieurbüro Edelmann is only liable for damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded.
